香港人習慣用洗潔精把碗碟洗完後, 會再用清水沖洗﹐但在英國有部份男青年只用乾布把用洗潔精洗完的碗碟抹乾便了事﹐他們的理論是抹乾了﹐洗潔精便沒有了。我想起香港某些食店也是用沾滿了洗潔精的布抹餐檯和抹其他東西﹐他們的理論可能如出一轍 – 乾了就甚麼都沒有了。
What?! They’d better use “organic” detergent. Otherwise they’ll get poisoned sooner or later.
