If you wish to join an international workcamp, you will need to apply for it through VolTra. Before VolTra was established, all Hong Kong applications for international workcamp (including my application for this Japanese orange farm workcamp) were processed through NVDA (Network for Volunteer Development in Asia) in Japan.
